Please select from the options listed above to generate a report. If no Region or Admin Authority is selected, then results for England will be displayed. To display information at AA level, select this only (no Region). Information can be shown as a table or a graph. Results can be output to Excel or PDF format.

Report Types:

• Frequency - Displays totals for each category for the selected row variable.
• Crosstab - Plots a selected row variable against a selected column variable. Can be pivoted i.e. the information in the rows and columns is turned round.
• Summary (Outcome Forms Only) - Displays the number of clients with an identified need for each indicator and the number where the outcome was achieved. This can display all outcomes or outcomes relating to one of the five subheadings.
• Comparison (Outcome Forms Only) - Displays numbers of identified needs and successful outcomes for the area, and all regions that area belongs to as a comparison. This can display all outcomes or outcomes relating to one of the five subheadings.
• Special (Outcome Forms Only) - Displays special reports (choose one from the Special Report drop-down). Report now available for Providers that have returned Outcome Forms (sign in to the Administering Authority to view this)
