Updated summary information for April - December 2009 is available through our web access reporting facility (www.spclientrecord.org.uk under 'Reports'). This facility also allows you to query data from the 2003/4 to 2008/9 datasets.
Associated Excel datasets were sent out to Administering Authorities during the week of 15 February 2010. And copies of the latest Quarterly Bulletin were also posted out to Lead Officers the same week.

Annual Reports and Key Findings Documents: SP Client Records & Outcomes
Annual Reports for 2003/4 to 2008/9 are available for downloading from our website - see under Publications
The 2008/9 document reports on clients who received services in England between 1st April 2008 & 31st March 2009, and includes trend analysis of 6 year’s Client Record data and 2 year's Outcomes data, and analysis of linked data from both of these datasets.

Quarterly Bulletin documents
